360° Communication Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated 360° communication plans and campaign calendars for major product launches and brand projects.
- [Top Priority] Lead high-impact advocacy and influencer marketing strategies to drive brand desire among the MZ generation.
- Oversee owned social media channels to ensure consistent brand voice and community engagement.
- Manage earned/digital media relations, editorial pitches, and awareness-driven media to maximize brand exposure.
- Plan and execute PR events to create immersive brand experiences and secure premium media coverage.
- Mentor and manage a team of two to ensure agile and high-performing execution.
- Manage annual and campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal ROI.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: A data-driven thinker capable of analyzing market trends and campaign performance to derive actionable insights and high-impact strategies.
- Proactive & Passionate: A goal-oriented leader with a "can-do" attitude and a relentless mission for "new customer conquest."
- Trend Savvy: "Savvy" level interest in MZ trends and digital landscapes; able to quickly reflect trends into communication plans.
- Collaborative Leader: A strategic bridge-builder adept at navigating cross-functional teams and building strong partnerships with marketing and internal stakeholders.
- Education : University Gradudate
- Year of Experience : 7+ years
- Experience: Experience of Communications in cosmetic/FMCG industry
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English
- Other Skills: Computer skill proficiency(MS PPT, Excel, Word)
