A Day in the Life As a Project Leader, you will be at the heart of our product launches in a dynamic, cross-functional role based at our Montreal head office. You will act as the champion for all product packaging artwork projects, ensuring our brands’ vision comes to life accurately and on time.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead Artwork Projects: Orchestrate the creation and approval of all packaging artworks, from initial concept to final production, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with a diverse network of partners, including Marketing, Legal, Operations, and creative teams across Canada, the US, and Europe.
- Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure the marketing vision is perfectly executed while navigating and respecting all regulatory and legal constraints.
- Drive Project Flow: Manage project timelines, priorities, and progress within our IT systems, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- Excellent Project Management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
- Strong Attention to Detail and excellent Organizational Skills.
- Agility & Adaptability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and French to collaborate effectively with our global teams.
