Job Description
  • Planning
  • Define and execute the annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans for TikTok Shop to achieve Gross Out targets and market share growth.
  • Manage the relationship with TikTok Shop platform to secure supports from platform (slots for Mega Campaigns, traffic incentives, subsidy, and early access to new features).
  • Manage promotion seller offer (onsite discount, voucher, gift with purchase)
  • Source of sale management
  • Work with affiliate manager to identify, recruit more affiliates for brand / channel
  • Negotiate deals and commercial terms for affiliate (KOL / MCN / Mid or Mass Tier)
  • Support livestream set up + stand by in DDAY campaign
  • Livestream in house / affiliate tracking
  • Operation
  • Manage the product portfolio, pricing strategy
  • Ensure operational KPIs are met: Shop health score, fulfillment rates, customer response time, and low return rates
  • Brief + follow operation with agency (listing, fulfillment, set up on seller center)
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to ensure stock availability for store
  • Data analysis
  • Monitor daily performance dashboards using TikTok Shop Seller Center and internal analytics tools.
  • Translate data into actionable insights: identify winning products, trending hashtags, and consumer behavioral shifts on the platform.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to maintain L'Oréal’s leadership in the beauty category.
Requirement

  • Understanding of the TikTok platform, Seller Center, and Affiliate Center.
  • Negotiation skills and experience managing cost
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to distinguish between "traditional e-com" and "content-led e-com."
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment where trends change weekly
  • Expert in Excel to monitor target sale + KPI
