Main Responsibilities

  • Brand communication management:
  • Strategic Communication: Define communication ideas rooted in local customer insights and professional brand equity.
  • IMC Ownership: Lead IMC for Hair color and Pro-Haircare launches with a focus on Professional Retail, Salon Merchandising, Pro-KOLs (Stylists), and Pro-platforms as well consumer metrics.
  • Retail Excellence: Coordinate with Sales, Education, and Merchandising teams to achieve outstanding visibility within the Salon community.
  • Creative Judgement: Lead agencies to deploy campaigns that resonate with both stylists and consumers.
  • Strategic planning: (B2B & B2C)
  • Market Analysis: Analyze consumer, competitor, and B2B & B2C insights to define marketing plans.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and lead assigned campaign planning to achieve business objectives across the Pro-ecosystem.
  • Portfolio management: Portfolio & Management
  • Positioning & Pricing: Study insights and market trends to develop locally relevant USPs
  • Product Lifecycle: Manage product launches and discontinuations in collaboration.
  • Forecast Ownership: Own forecasting for the Hair color category to deliver Sell-Out targets, growth, and market share. (TBD)
  • Project management & Strong agency management
  • Able to handle heavy workload & multiple projects at the same time (Hair Shows, Seminars, Salon Activations) simultaneously
  • Strong agency leadership to lead & guide agency to deliver best outcome
  • Strong manage project from A to Z to ensure objective with excellent execution
