Key Responsibilities
Act As a Brand Representative At
Prepare reports on training activities and field coaching outcomes.
- Training Delivery: min 6 classes per month = 8 working day accounts of total working time.
- Conduct training sessions on:
- Skincare product knowledge (ingredients, benefits, USP)
- Proper skincare routines by skin type and concerns
- Deliver selling and consultation skills training, including:
- Customer needs analysis
- Product recommendation & demonstration
- Objection handling and closing techniques
- Facilitate role-play, coaching, and post-training evaluation to ensure practical application.
- Brand Representation & Consumer Engagement:
Act As a Brand Representative At
- Workshops, events, and in-store activations
- Livestreams, Brand event or consumer education sessions
- Share professional skincare knowledge and beauty tips with end consumers in a clear, engaging, and brand-aligned manner.
- Ensure brand image, tone of voice, and messaging are consistently delivered
- Field Coaching & Market Observation:
- Conduct field visits with Dermo Advisors:
- Observe real selling and consultation practices at point of sale
- Identify strengths, gaps, and training needs
- Provide on-the-job coaching and 1-on-1 feedback to improve:
- Consultation techniques
- Product recommendation accuracy
- Customer experience
- Collaborate with Sales / Field teams to support sell-out performance.
- Support Supervisors/Leaders in-store to improve presentation effectiveness and interaction with partner staff through hands-on coaching.
- Training Material Development & Update
- Translate and localize training materials from English to Vietnamese, including:
- Training decks
- Product manuals
- Selling tools and supporting documents
- Regularly update and revise training materials when:
- New products are launched, renovated or upgraded
- New visuals, packaging, claims, or marketing assets are released
- Ensure training materials are:
- Easy to understand and practical for field application
- Consistent with brand guidelines and communication strategy
- Reporting & Brand Grooming Guideline
Prepare reports on training activities and field coaching outcomes.
- Collect market and field insights to propose improvements for:
- Training content
- Selling tools
- Customer communication approach
- Order makes up/uniform: 1 time per year
- Order name tag & others: 2 times per year …

- Experience 2- 3 years as a Trainer, Training Executive in: Skincare / Cosmetics / Beauty industry
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (required).
- Excellent communication skills
- Good English skill to translate document.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and commitment to meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Canva ….
