As the CRM Assistant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our customer relationship and loyalty strategy in Taiwan. You will develop and execute innovative initiatives that create memorable experiences for our customers, turning them into lifelong advocates for our brand.
- Lead CRM Strategy: You will design and implement the end-to-end CRM strategy, from data acquisition and enrichment to personalized communication, to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Drive Data-Driven Insights: You will analyze customer data and campaign performance to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and optimize our CRM activities for maximum impact.
- Manage Loyalty Programs: You will oversee Brand’s loyalty program, developing engaging rewards and experiences that deepen the connection with our most valued customers.
- Orchestrate Campaigns: You will manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, social media), ensuring seamless execution and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proven experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or a related data-driven marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Business proficiency in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams
