Job Title: (Sr.) Global Creative Designer (Web & Content)

Position Purpose

As a Global Creative Designer, you will lead design execution across Web, E-commerce, and Social channels, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency across global digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web / E-commerce / Social Design
  • Design brand websites and digital content across Dr.G’s global channels.
  • Create detailed product pages (PDPs), key visuals, and campaign content tailored to each platform.
  • Design UI/UX structures and visual content that clearly communicate the brand experience.
  • Brand Visual Direction & Content Design
  • Plan and design visual content centered on key products, new launches, and brand campaigns.
  • Develop content using brand-aligned visual assets and ensure consistency with Dr.G’s visual codes.
  • Brand Guideline & Toolkit Development
  • Develop global brand guidelines and practical toolkits applicable to Web, E-commerce, and Social channels.
  • Create format-specific design guides and templates, and organize localization guidelines for different markets.
  • Provide standards and support to ensure consistent brand execution across regions.
  • Content Planning & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Participate in content strategy development and define creative tone and manner.
  • Plan visual direction for global ambassadors/models and review final outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design direction and execution strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in web/digital design
  • Experience in cosmetics/beauty brand design
  • Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written); experience in multi-market content or localization
  • Experience managing global digital channels (domestic and international)
  • Experience in product shoot planning and visual direction
  • Experience using motion/video tools such as After Effects
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • Basic understanding or working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong ability to interpret and execute brand guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree required
