What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, media planning, or data-driven project management (agency or in-house roles)
- Good working knowledge of China marketing & E-commerce ecosystem, marketing KPIs and effectiveness measurement methodologies
- Strong business analytical skills and high data literacy with proficiency in Excel; experience with Python or SQL is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent PPT visualization skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills to drive alignment between project teams, agency partners, brand marketers and etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese, with strong presentation skills to pitch insights to various seniority levels
- Experience in FMCG (especially the Beauty industry) or leading media/digital/analytics agencies is highly preferred
- Lead the end-to-end roll-out and industrialization of the AI-powered A&P optimization program across multiple brands
- Serve as a business partner with brand team to ensure seamless integration of marketing effectiveness learnings into marketing decisions and drive high user adoption
- Collaborate with internal Data and Measurement Expert streams to translate analytical output into actionable business insights for business stakeholders
