A Day in the Life

As a Key Account Manager for Modern Trade, you will be the strategic partner for our key retailers, driving growth and ensuring the success of our iconic brands within the Consumer Products Division. You will be at the heart of our commercial strategy in a dynamic and competitive market.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Business Development: Develop and implement joint business plans with key accounts to achieve sales targets and strengthen our market position.
  • Negotiation & Partnership: Lead annual negotiations on assortment, promotions, and trade terms to build strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Category Activation: Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of product launches and promotional campaigns in-store.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze account performance, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks, providing actionable insights to the management.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a commercially-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to build strong client relationships. You are a results-oriented negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

  • Demonstrated experience in account management or a similar commercial role, ideally within the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • An agile and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in French and Arabic is essential; English is a plus.
