A Day in the Life

As a CRM Specialist in L’Oréal Luxe, you will be key to building and nurturing our direct relationship with consumers for our iconic luxury brands. In this role, you will help execute our CRM strategy to drive consumer loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value. Your work will ensure that every consumer interaction is personalised, relevant, and memorable.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Strategy Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of the CRM and 1st party data strategy, focusing on data acquisition, enrichment, and activation to drive personalised communication.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including email and SMS, from briefing and setup to monitoring and reporting, helping to drive both engagement & commercial outcomes.
  • Data & Analytics: Analyse consumer data and campaign performance to uncover actionable insights and provide reports and recommendations to brand and marketing teams.
  • Platform & Technology: Be a hands-on user of our CRM platforms (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud), ensuring data quality, GDPR compliance, and seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Loyalty Program: Support the loyalty program, helping to manage VIP tier strategies, and contributing to engagement initiatives that deepen brand affinity and reward high-value consumers.

We Are Looking For

An ideal candidate for this role has a strong interest in consumer journeys and knows how to use data to create meaningful connections. You are an analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and a flair for the luxury market.

We believe you’re a great match if you have:

  • CRM & Data Interest: A solid foundation in CRM principles and consumer data, preferably from a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and reports.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly valued.
  • Organisation Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A natural collaborator who can work effectively with different teams (Marketing, Digital, IT) to support a unified consumer vision.
