[JOB SUMMARY]

3CE DMI Global Business Development Team drives the brand’s business strategy at a worldwide level. We are the frontline representatives of the DMI aligned with each zone and local markets. We ensure and influence the DMI business vision comes to life in the most on-brand yet pragmatic way in each market, based on their local relevancy. As a (Sr.) Global Business Development Specialist in this team, you will be responsible for managing overall global business metrics across the brand, tracking sales momentum, and collaborating closely with various zones and local markets. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing performance, strengthening business strategies, and unlocking growth opportunities to maximize global commercial success.


[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES]

1. Business Data Collection, Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor, analyze, and report monthly business updates by regularly collecting and consolidating sales data from each zone.
  • Track overall global business indicators and share best practices for big bet launches, alongside key insights with all stakeholders.
  • Manage and update numerical claim valorization to support brand positioning and marketing initiatives.

2. Innovation Strategy Development & Product Sizing

  • Analyze innovation performance and develop robust business frameworks with a data-driven approach, collaborating closely with both DMI internal teams and local markets to ensure optimal product strategies.
  • Lead strategic discussions and set primary sizing plans and target RSP (Retail Selling Price) based on mass makeup trend analysis and market landscape evaluations.

3. Global Pricing & Golden Rules Management

  • Establish and manage the global pricing golden rules, monitoring global price (RSP/AUP) adjustments collected from markets to accurately reflect them in budget planning.
  • Formulate new pricing strategies through comprehensive P&L simulations and competitiveness checks (price index analysis), partnering proactively with each zone.

4. Brand Expansion & New Business Strategy

  • Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities to win from both a geographical and category expansion perspective.
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-market projects, driving the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives to support new business development and sustainable brand growth.


[QUALIFICATIONS]

  • University graduate (Bachelor's degree)
  • Prefer at least 6~7 years of marketing/business development experience
  • Experience: +5 years of experience in Global Business Development, Strategy, Commercial/Sales Finance, or Brand Management within the Beauty / FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset with exceptional proficiency in data analysis, business metric tracking, and financial/sales reporting.
  • Mindset & Collaboration: Excellent cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with diverse zones and markets.
  • Language: Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Fluent in Korean / English(Professional/Intermediate is okay)
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Excel & Powerpoint in particular
