    • Consolidate data, build and update weekly, monthly, and campaign reports incorporating competitor insights with high accuracy, proactively delivering actionable insights and data-backed recommendations.
    • Post-Mortem Reports: Develop comprehensive post-mortem reports following campaigns and month-end to evaluate performance, ROI, channel learnings, and actionable takeaways for future optimization.

  2. Weekly Replenishment Plan: Manage and execute the weekly replenishment plan in alignment with sales velocity, stock levels, and upcoming promotional activities to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) issues.
    • Detail-review product assortments, visuals, and Product Detail Pages (PDP) based on conversion performance metrics of each SKU.
  • Campaign Execution & Building Blocks Optimization (Marketing, Livestream & Affiliate):
    • Participate in preparing detailed checklists, and executing monthly campaigns, Mega Campaigns, and double-day sales.

    • Partner with Affiliate (AFF) and Brand Live teams to manage performance, ensuring all building blocks - including traffic, conversions from KOL/KOC livestreams, and affiliate packages - achieve targets as planned.

  • Other Tasks:
    • Support additional projects and tasks assigned by the direct Line Manager.

3. Requirements

  • Education: University degree majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  1. Minimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on Ecommerce Key Account Management (EKAM) experience, with proven end-to-end ownership of brand stores and campaigns on Shopee.
