A Day in the Life 📝

As a MSC Intern, you will report to the MSC Manager, and you will be playing a key role in supply chain and support the team in ensuring seamless material flows and data accuracy to keep our production running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Master Data Management: Manage and maintain master data for packaging material codes to ensure system accuracy.
• Purchase Order (PO) Lifecycle: Create and monitor POs for expenses, molds, and freight duties, tracking them closely until Goods Receipt (GR) is completed.
• Data Reconciliation: Reconcile operational data across multiple internal systems to maintain high data integrity.
• Operations Support: Create Service Agreements (SA), handle financial operational processes (FOP), and actively monitor and evaluate supply chain issues.

We Are Looking For 🔎

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within our finance team. You are a great fit if you are:

• A final-year student (preferably majoring in Engineering or a related field) with a mandatory university internship requirement.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel for data management, tracking, and reporting.
• A strong detail-oriented mindset with a natural comfort for managing data and tracking processes.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
