A Day in the Life
Como Supervisor de Recibo en nuestro Centrex de Cuautitlán Izcalli, reportarás al Gerente de Logística y liderarás la eficiencia operativa de la cadena de suministro en primera línea. Tu misión será garantizar la excelencia en los procesos de entrada de mercancía y control de inventarios.
Tus responsabilidades clave incluirán:
- Operaciones de Recibo: Supervisar el programa de carga y descarga de mercancías, detectando incidencias para minimizar mermas y diferencias de inventario.
- Liderazgo de Equipo: Coordinar y evaluar el desempeño del equipo a tu cargo, asignando tareas en el sistema WMS Manhattan.
- Mejora Continua: Aplicar análisis de causa raíz y herramientas estadísticas para optimizar los procesos del área.
- Análisis de Datos: Gestionar transacciones en SAP (MM, WM) y elaborar reportes cuantitativos en Excel para la toma de decisiones.
We Are Looking For
Buscamos un perfil con fuerte potencial de crecimiento y alineación con nuestros valores:
- Título universitario (Bachelor's degree) concluido.
- Experiencia previa en supervisión de operaciones logísticas y recibo.
- Dominio de sistemas SAP (MM, WM) y WMS Manhattan.
- Excel intermedio-avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y cruces de datos).
- Nivel de inglés intermedio (B1/B2).
- Capacidad de liderazgo, resolución de problemas y mentalidad de mejora continua.
