YOUR MISSION

As a Finance or Supply Chain Intern, you will be fully integrated into one of our dynamic teams and will contribute to real business projects from day one.

Depending on your area of assignment, you may have the opportunity to:

Finance

• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.
• Analyze business performance and key financial indicators.
• Participate in identifying growth opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and financial impacts.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation projects.

Supply Chain

• Support demand planning and forecasting activities.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyze stock levels, product availability, and service performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across planning, logistics, and operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient product flow.
• Support data analysis and reporting to drive operational excellence.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable working with data and numbers.
• You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are fluent in English. Italian is a plus.
