Key Job Accountabilities
| JOB SUMMARY
E-commerce Business management (Planning/ Operation/ Analysis/ Report) (DS Online) Daily E-commerce Business management - Build the strategy of E-commerce business and manage the sales to meet the target
- Well execute and implement online strategy for each key channels inline with brand channel strategy
- Create and maintain an online e-business: Brand e-Trade marketing calendar,
eMerchandising, eContents management with eMD - Implement brand strategic campaign to each channel with collaborate with division team
- Strengthen and reinforce brand awareness by enhancing brand’s visibility and improving sales performance and developing premium service and experience
- Operate and Merchandise website products based on sales objectives, key seasons, and promotion with online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage
- Drive sales performance through data analysis and online products placement management while optimizing customer experience.
- Manage end to end process to operate activities, stock management and handling of each channel
Achieve collaborative work - Communicate with other cross functional teams internally & external partners to allocate/consolidate and execute
- Need stock management with PM
- Monitor competitors’ and online channel trends
- Localize and update the asset with agency and cascade to each channel
Monitor and New E-commerce Business for Test & Learn - Analyze and manage new e-com channel business
- Test & Learn new potential business opportunity with considering brand equity
- Make synergy e-com business with digital contents creation

Education | University graduate |
Years of experience | 7+ years |
Experience | Must demonstrate a good understanding of e-Commerce More prefer to have experience in the cosmetic industry |
Language | Fluent in both Korean and English |
Other Skills | Proficient with Excel,PPT |
