Key Responsabilities

As a Product Development Specialist, you will orchestrate product launches, renovations, and value analysis projects. Working at the heart of our business, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, R&I, and Operations teams, as well as external partners.

In This Position, You Will Be Responsible For

• Conceptualize products with consumer centric stakes (sustainability, performance and experience), and excellent execution of the projects ensuring the delivery of 4 fundamentals (safety, quality, agility, and cost).
• Study upstream technical and economic feasibility, planning and viability of Marketing launch briefs.
• Advise marketing by providing technical solutions and innovation opportunities and by anticipating industrial and economic problems.
• Calculate and communicate price estimates and consolidate the investment file.
• Prepare and follow through detailed product development schedules.
• Organize and lead meetings to convince, motivate and federate internal and external stakeholders for decision making.
• Alert management and BUs in the event of risks, drift and projects' functioning (planning, resources, costs, financial risks).
• Actively contribute to group sustainability ambitions (L’Oréal for the future), work together with the brands to build SBWA roadmap and to ensure the deployment of the associated tool (Spot)
• Timely update of end-to-end IT tools (Magellan, MINDS, SPOT) and ensure the good quality of data.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
  
  

QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE

• At least +3 years working experience in Product Development
• Experience in operations product development within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
• Interest on Makeup is a plus.
• Familiarity with cosmetic formulations, packaging technologies, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (PLM tool is a plus)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to onboard and influence stakeholders with even opposing interests, to lead the project towards a successful common goal
• Team player and strong spirit of collaboration
• Proactiveness to act and drive forward project voluntarily

[담당 업무] 제품 개발 전문가(Product Development Specialist)로서 당신은 신제품 론칭, 리뉴얼, 가치 분석 프로젝트를 총괄하게 됩니다. 비즈니스의 중심에서 마케팅, R&I, 오퍼레이션 팀을 비롯한 내·외부 파트너와 긴밀하게 협업합니다.

• 소비자기술 중심(지속 가능성, 퍼포먼스, 사용자 경험)의 제품 콘셉트 구체화 및 4대 핵심 요소(안전성, 품질, 민첩성, 원가)를 고려한 완벽한 프로젝트 실행
• 마케팅 런칭 브리프에 대한 업스트림 기술 및 경제적 타당성 검토, 일정 계획 수립
• 산업 및 경제적 이슈를 사전 예측하여 마케팅 부서에 기술적 솔루션과 혁신 기회 제안
• 품질 공정 패키징 시스템(QCP) 기준에 맞춘 마케팅 관점의 제품 정의 구체화
• 가격 견적 산출 및 커뮤니케이션, 투자 파일 취합
• 상세한 제품 개발 일정 수립 및 팔로업
