Key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, ensuring informed product decisions.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for technology and material offerings, aligning with business goals and market demands.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to develop and refine customer industrial part needs and requirements.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to gather feedback and insights to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Track and analyze the performance of technology and material offerings and report key metrics to senior management to guide strategic decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management in a B2B environment, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven track record in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues and peers across different functions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills
