Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be part of the product management team responsible for developing customer service applications. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and delivering features that impact a variety of customers. You will collaborate across the business to meet product goals and requirements, drive delivery, and coordinate the overall project/release plan.

As a Senior Product Manager, You Will

• Define and execute the roadmap and strategic vision for the service applications
• Distill customer, market, and business insights into end-to-end scenarios
• Monitor product progress throughout the product development lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities, effectively communicating product progress through regular reports and presentations
• Collaborate with development, user experience and testing teams to ensure specifications are flawlessly translated into great products
• Monitor product adoption through effective telemetry and engagement analytics
• Improve the quality of the product in terms of performance, reliability, and scalability
• Analyze NSAT and customer feedback from other channels to influence product strategy and roadmap
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a Product Manager with:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or Data Science with an MBA from a top business school is a plus
• More than 8 years of experience in product management or consulting for SaaS business solutions
• Ability to analyze products and effectively communicate and write functional specifications
• Analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in dealing with cross-functional organizations, customers, and senior management
• Motivation to work with and leverage internationally distributed development teams
• Ability to react quickly and decisively to situations and not be afraid to make decisions
• Understanding of cloud architecture
• Understanding of telemetry and retention analytics to gain insights to drive product adoption
• Experience in improving product performance, reliability, and scalability
