As a Security Analyst, where you'll engage both with our valued customers and collaborate closely with internal partners. This position is tailored for individuals passionate about cybersecurity, eager to ensure its alignment with business and customer needs, and adept at navigating interactions between external and internal stakeholders.

Candidates are expected to work in UK and India Shift Zone, Rotational Shifts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and promptly respond to security alerts.
• Ability to identify abuse/ Fraud patterns on Cloud Platform
• Collaborate with the team to mitigate and counteract threats.
• Tailor security measures to align with business and customer requirements.
• Remain informed about the latest security trends and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments and tests.
• Document and present findings on security incidents and investigations.
• Address and resolve customer security inquiries and concerns.
• Proactively identify and address potential security threats.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in the core concepts of system, network, and security.
• Experience in creating SIEM use cases, Complex KQL queries and creating playbooks.
• Basic knowledge with network security, SOC, and VAPT protocols.
• Advanced degree/ Certificates in IT Security/ Information Security Domains is desired
