Microsoft Teams is looking to hire a seasoned Product Leader for Group Product Manager role. We are a 300M monthly users strong team with big and bold ambitions.

Responsibilities

You will be leading a team of product managers responsible for making Teams Search best-in-class with a mission of solving for information overload by helping people find important conversations, files, apps, and more within Teams and beyond. You will establish a strong vision and roadmap, enroll execs and partners, and drive deep discussions at the intersection of user needs, experiences, and technology. You will be building for scale, with 100s of Millions of monthly users as a minimum. Build a world class team with a cultural emphasis of respect and inclusiveness.

Qualifications

  • You love this team’s mission
  • 15+ years of product management experience delivering end-user facing products and services
  • Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are very welcome.
  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to in-market success and the know-how required to lead your crew to realize your vision.
  • Strong affinity and experience in user-centered design, UX design and innovating on behalf of the customer is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and general ability to ramp up and go deep in new technical areas
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically to define and track success metrics for your areas.
