The identity and network access team develops cloud based native network security and identity services that play a foundational role to protect user and resources (applications, devices, and data) access in a mobile first cloud first world. We are working on new innovative cloud native security services and aspire to be a compelling player in this exciting product category. We are looking for a ‘Principal Product Manager – Private Access Connector’ to join our team and help us grow our suite of offerings and expand our business portfolio. We have bold and ambitious plans to create unique differentiation using our Private Access Connector which will not only make the customer experience seamless for both on-prem and multi-Cloud orchestration and management, but also will form the foundation of our multi-Cloud network security roadmap. As a Principal Product Manager on our team, you will define the requirements, work with engineering to drive and deliver, engage with customers to collect feedback and drive validation, drive product adoption while identify gaps that are addressed over time with a product roadmap. Responsibilities
- Define the product and product capabilities in close partnership with customers every step of the way.
- Design and build product capabilities in close collaboration with engineering teams and partners.
- Engage customers to validate, design, refine product offering and enable customer adoption.
- Develop collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
- Partner with finance, business planning, marketing and engineering to define monetization, positioning, cogs and pricing
- Work closely with product marketing, Various customer engagement teams, to position offering and enable sales organization to pilot, deploy and operationalize offering.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience developing strategic solutions requiring participation across organizational boundaries
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager in the Public Cloud space defining and shipping products
- Deep understanding of network technologies and/or Identity and/or Network security
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-team skills
- Experience interacting with enterprise customers
