Junior IT Purchasing Manager (f/m/d)

To support our IT Services team we are searching for a Junior IT Purchasing Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Your responsibilities include the international purchasing & transaction management of hardware, software and IT services for the business partners within Mytheresa GmbH.
  • Assist with implementing the strategies within the IT product groups and effective decision making abilities.
  • Your focus will include daily IT purchase requests, invoices, vendor relations, inventory management, and Transaction management.
  • You will advise our departments on all questions relating to the procurement process.
  • You proactively help to shape and optimize processes for IT contracts in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Operational management of IT service providers and suppliers
  • Together with our IT Procurement Manager, you provide valuable details and planning within our regular budget planning.
  • You will manage and monitor our IT warehouse, which is spread across several locations

WHO YOU ARE

  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in the IT sector or completed training as an IT systems management assistant
  • Sociability, ability to work in a team and reliability.
  • Numeracy, conscientiousness, analytical skills and good communication skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel Affinity for the maintenance and overview of our budget
  • Experience in the operational management of projects.
  • Basic accounting knowledge: CapEx, OpEx…etc.
  • Good communication skills in English and German
