WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns globally across Google Ads and other search engines
• Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities tailored to acquiring new, high-quality customers
• Experiment with ad creatives, optimize product data feeds, and test new platform features to enhance performance continuously
• Collaborate closely with other performance marketing channels (e.g. Affiliate Marketing, Performance Display, Paid Social) to ensure a cohesive strategy
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline campaign execution and drive results
• Analyze performance and generate actionable insights for data-backed optimization initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• First hands-on experience in Search Engine Advertising
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio is a plus
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn; collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Interest in automation, AI, and technical marketing topics
