To support our Team we are searching for a Cash Desk Associate (f/m/d) to be based in our Mytheresa Store in Munich.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Processing of all cash register transactions for our discerning customers as well as daily closing reports
• Handling returns following your initial onboarding/training period
• Representing the style of our brand through your voice, manner of speech and service orientation
• Working in close cooperation with the Cash Desk Manager, Floor Manager and back office
• Interacting with national and international customers
• Maintaining and updating the customer database
• Administrative tasks (such as managing gift vouchers, etc.)

WHO YOU ARE

• Very strong verbal communication skills in German as well as a good command of English
• High sensitivity and tact when dealing with our highly demanding clientele
• A strong dedication to service and excellent manners, combined with an open, engaging personality
• A stylish appearance and a positive charisma
• Experience in the luxury sector and an affinity for luxury products are a plus
• Please note that we require a police clearance certificate ("polizeiliches Führungszeugnis") prior to your start in order to proceed with your employment
