Your tasks:

• Collaborate with a multifunctional team to design and implement robust software solutions.
• Participate actively in the planning, estimation, and implementation of development features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a Ruby on Rails ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain GraphQL interfaces or show a willingness to master this skill.
• Identify and troubleshoot system deficiencies, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Uphold superior code integrity through regular maintenance, improvements, and automation techniques.
• Engage in an international, cross-functional environment with communication primarily in English (proficiency in German is not a prerequisite).

Your skills:

• Established experience coding in Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to produce concise and effective code within a Ruby on Rails framework.
• Familiarity with or openness to learning GraphQL.
• Knowledge or experience with cloud-based application deployment is a significant advantage.
• Keen interest in exploring new languages and frameworks.
• A commitment to transparency, honesty, and mutual team growth.
• A proponent of agile methodologies with a penchant for teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
