The Role
We're on the hunt for Nova Credit's next Head of Product to spearhead Product, Design, and Research for our entire platform and its powered products (you can read more about the platform here)! The ideal candidate will make it their mission to master road mapping and execution across our three verticals; you'll master ideation and have a sharp eye for prioritization while leveraging customer insights and working closely with our Go-To-Market, Engineering, Data Science, and Technical Product Management teams.
As the Head of Product, you'll have the unique opportunity to craft our long-term product strategy. This includes scaling mature products, hardening Product-Market Fit for emerging products, and honing in on wholly new product lines. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role reporting directly to our Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Candidates in the San Francisco Bay and New York Metropolitan areas are preferred.

Your Skillset:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution: You have a track record of developing and executing against ambitious yet balanced roadmaps in the Enterprise SaaS space, ideally with B2B2C products. You can zoom in and out, leverage frameworks, and move quickly when necessary. [Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data infrastructure and analytics within the consumer credit industry, spanning both early-stage and late-stage companies.]
  • Leadership Experience: You possess at least five years of experience leading high-impact product, design, and research teams in a company-wide role; you will be part of Nova Credit’s leadership team.
  • Mission & Impact Driven: You’re passionate about making a significant impact at Nova Credit and continuously focusing on the highest Return on Investment initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll partner closely with our engineering, data science, technical program management, and go-to-market teams to find the best solution for Nova Credit, our products, and our customers.
  • Team Development: You are eager to mentor and scale your team’s capabilities in a collaborative environment, including partnering closely with Recruiting and People to hire and onboard new team members when needed.
