This ambition is one of key pillars in the broader digital transformation happening at Novartis to be a focused medicines company powered by data and digital. This role is responsible for the design and implementation of Product Data Model in close collaboration with the Enterprise PLM Process Lead, Product Data Lead and functional stakeholders in the respective areas of the product data.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Role is accountable for overall global product data model development and improvement activities in alignment of the business goals and priorities in close collaboration with the respective Solution teams and business process owners
• Accountable for the core design of product data concepts and data model, supporting the build and implementation to enable PLM Enterprise Process
• Maintain the overview of product data concepts such as product data structures and master data concepts across systems and functional sub-domains
• Responsible for gathering and implementing data requirements coming from Business Function (Domain Pillars in LDC projects), PLM Enterprise process lead and Data lead and other dependent projects / programs
• Ensure that data ideas, concepts and features are validated with internal stakeholders from all levels of the business
• Proactively identify data issues and work with stakeholders to investigate and implement corrective measures and seek opportunities to continuously improve the quality and integrity of the data asset
