GENERAL DESCRIPTION

In the Business Process Excellence department, we work for the improvement of the business areas in the following way:

• Design and define the business processes

• Define and set the policies that participate in them

• Digitalize and automate processes

You will be able to participate in the digitalization and automation of business processes across different departments and regions. You will have the opportunity to gain a transversal view of the entire business and learn about some of the most cutting-edge technologies in the digital era.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

This role is focused on the digitalization and automation of processes, for which you will have to:

• Design and develop technical solutions on the Appian BPM Suite based on the requirements gathered from corporate departments and projects in different regions.

• Define and develop the entire life cycle of business process automation: which includes definition of requirements, functional analysis, design, development and implementation, testing and maintenance of the solutions developed.

• Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms.

• Designing data models for business processes automation.

• Design the architecture of the technological solution (from data to front-end)

• Defining architectural & development standards for the project in adherence to Appian and best practices.

• Implement KPI and data analytics, dashboard interfaces and report exportations

• Work together with other business areas and learn from their day to day work

• Establish the project plan by setting needs, objectives, deadlines and plan

• Document the project process and the solution

• Present the results, and teach the business how to use the solution.

• Work on the maintenance and improvement of the solutions created.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Graduate in computer, industrial, telecommunications, any similar engineering or pure science (mathematics or physics). Studies in data analytics & management will be considered.

LANGUAGES

Full proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of experience in Appian or iBPM low code plataforms (Bizagi, Pega, etc)

• More than 2 years of experience in iBPM solutions..

KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (C++, Python, Java...).

• Knowledge in Relational Data Models and SQL.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

• Knowledge in systems architecture, and Appian environment.

• Knowledge in Maria DB is a plus

• Knowledge in BPM solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge in LowCode solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge in RPA solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
