Legal Intern

We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal Department and support us in our day-to-day activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international and dynamic environment, working closely with experienced legal professionals on a variety of matters.
The position is closely related to the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on offshore wind energy. As part of the team, you will contribute to legal matters connected with the BC Wind offshore wind farm project, a pioneering renewable energy investment in Poland. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in energy law, regulatory compliance, project development, permitting, and commercial contracting within one of the fastest-growing sectors of the economy.
As part of your responsibilities, you will support ongoing project, contributing to legal
analyses, documentation, and operational tasks that are essential to the success of large scale initiatives.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Preparing simple legal opinions and analyses in the areas of commercial, civil, and
administrative law
• Conducting research on current regulatory and contractual issues
• Supporting the department in corporate matters, including those related to the
Commercial Companies Code
• Participating in ongoing legal projects and tasks
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Trainee attorney-at-law (1st or 2nd year)
LANGUAGES
The project has an international team of employees and the working language is English.
Candidates need to be fluent in both English and Polish, spoken and written.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE
• Basic knowledge of commercial, civil, and administrative law
• Understanding of corporate law
• Familiarity with legal research methods
• Basic knowledge of contract law and regulatory frameworks
SKILLS
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and good organizational abilities
• Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
• Good communication skills in English and Polish
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
