Your duties
Build the best software for gastronomers
Work on our backend services written in Java
Write maintainable, comprehensive and testable code
Participate on architectural and security discussions
Provide technical leadership, direction and mentoring to junior developers
Share, demo and document your knowledge, and learn from your colleagues
Taking the feature concept into code, tests and release it to the customers
Find the opportunity to develop your skills and strengths
Strive for continuous improvement for yourself and within the team
Close cooperation with the Frontend, DevOps, Product, and Customer Support teams
Reports to an Engineering Manager of the team
Your profile
At least 3 years of professional experience with Java
Experience with our tech stack
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices
Ability to make architectural decisions that will result in scalable, reliable, and performant systems
You are confident of writing concurrent applications
Experience with automated continuous delivery
Good debugging skills
Be enthusiastic about software development for resilient, highly available systems
Experience with Agile methodologies, ideally SCRUM
We consider the soft skills as important as the hard ones
Be open and willing to learn from mistakes
The English language is a must (Upper Intermediate or higher)
