Обязанности:
- Leading RU, BCCA Product Competitiveness agenda: product advantage and sustainability projects for existing portfolio;
- Leading medium and low complexity Productivity projects including value engineering and technical processes efficiency improvement;
- Innovations, TBS and Productivity Projects Management;
- Ensure actions/projects are meeting timelines and all action standards;
- Arrange projects kick-off meetings within R&D and with cross-functions, further progress tracking;
- Support organization and execution of Sensory researches, including Consumer tests, and realization according to Risk Matrix;
- Leading product decision events: confirmation of final products design with key stakeholders;
- Ensure projects are in line with Technical Stage Gate process – with full TSG compliance and regional legal requirements;
- Enabling R&D ideation sessions, projects scoping and alignment with key stakeholders for further integration into AOP or PSP;
- Ensure technical team readiness with reformulated product prototypes and necessary documents for consumer or internal validations, legal registration process if required;
- Contribute to regular reporting on Innovation projects status;
- Projects’ leadership within multiple functions: setting the agenda, planning, budgeting, facilitating required workstream;
- Contribution to team performance as a project lead.
Требования:
- Higher degree in Foods / Chemistry / Microbiology / Engineering;
- Dairy technology expertise and experience more than 3 years incl. leading mid-complexity projects;
- Advanced Project Management skills;
- Advanced presentation skills (written & verbal);
- Passion for creativity and innovation within a commercially driven environment;
- High standard of English (written and spoken) is a must;
- Self-starter, self-motivating - able to deal with uncertainty and complexity;
- Leadership of R&D projects within broad multifunctional teams;
- Actively seeks independently as well as arrange team ideations for problems solving within projects;
- Lead and inspire within cross-functional teams.
