We are currently recruiting for Process Operators to join our fun team on a Weekday Afternoon Shift. This role would suit someone looking to be busy during the week and enjoy the weekends off !

  • Location: Wiri
  • Roster Shifts: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • Position: Permanent Full Time
  • Selection Process: Phone Screen - Assessment - Interview - Background/Pre-Employment Medical Checks - Decision

Responsibilities

  • Operate Snack Food Processing Machines cost effectively
  • Use manual handling techniques and processes safely
  • Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental Compliances are maintained efficiently
  • Work as part of an efficient Food Production Team
  • Actively contribute to Food Safety targets within the team

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a Manufacturing or Production Environment
  • Good Mechanical Aptitude and Communication Skills
  • Good Employment history on Attendance, Punctuality and Reliability
  • Excellent work ethic and strong team player
  • Keen to develop a successful career in Food Manufacturing at Bluebird
  • Understands and follows Health and Safety best practises at work
