- Develop sustainability programs with retail partners
- Integrate sustainability into brand growth platforms and ACP
- Drive internal engagement: ambassadors, Green Team, education
- Communicate sustainability progress
- Lead climate projects across BCCA
- Engage suppliers for sustainable solutions including identifying innovative, non-financial levers and co-investment opportunities to reduce the projected $130M pep+ budget.
- Support strategic reporting, QBRs, activation boards
- Facilitate external partnerships and best practice sharing
- Develop new digital tools and platforms
- Support cross-functional sustainability streams
- Track ESG trends and prototype pilots
- Develop toolkits and customer capability programs
Education & Experience:
• University degree in marketing, communications, sustainability, economics or related fields
• Experience in marketing, category development, sustainability or corporate communications 4+ years in the international companies
• Proven experience with retail partnerships and cross-functional integration
• Knowledge of PepsiCo internal processes – preferred
• Experience with customized SKUs or LTO – a plus
• Familiarity with government or industry collaborations – a plus
• Fluency in visualization and storytelling tools – an advantage

• Ability to navigate and optimize large-scale budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising sustainability targets.
