· Support the development and implementation of the Route Engineering project and routing processes.
· Monitor sales process efficiency and key GTM (Go To Market) indicators.
· Assist the sales team in executing GTM change initiatives and developing new concepts.
· Process distributor reports, upload data into relevant systems, and prepare operational reports as required.
· Participate in the launch of new projects, collaborating with various functional departments such as finance, BI, trade marketing, and sales.
· Monitor sales team KPIs through field performance assessments for all channels.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize and improve planning tools, work forms, and tracking mechanisms.
· Identify and implement effective cost-reduction solutions for the sales team.
Требования:· Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.
· Completed higher education in economics, finance, statistics, or a related field by the start of the program in September 2025.
· Availability for full-time work starting September 2025.
· Strong analytical skills, including the ability to handle large data sets and proficiency in statistical data processing and mathematical analysis methods.
· Experience in preparing presentations and creating analytical tools.
· Systematic thinking, mindfulness, dedication, and effective communication skills.
· Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
