To continue our success, we are looking for both Packaging Machine Operators & Process Operators to join our Regency Park team with The Smith’s Snackfood Company on either Day, Afternoon or Night Shifts.

Location: Regency Park (SA)
Position: Full Time Permanent - Monday to Friday
Day Shift 6:00am – 2:30pm,
Afternoon Shift 2:20pm – 10:20pm
Night Shift 10:10pm – 6:10am

Responsibilities

About the roles

Operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product (Packaging Machine Operator)
Ensuring flavour testing is completed effectively and accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with product run (Process Operator)
Managing production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring
Preparing and completing accurate records
Cleaning and housekeeping
Committed to quality assurance, and completion of quality checks as required

Qualifications

About you

Proven experience in a Manufacturing or Production Environment within FMCG (Processing or automated machinery role)
Good Mechanical Aptitude and Communication skills
An understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability
Ability to work autonomously, with an excellent work ethic
A motivated individual with a hunger to learn new skills, challenge yourself and progress your career
