- Participation in the process of formal personnel documentation (hiring, managing personal files, termination, transfer, disciplinary violations, changes in contractual terms, etc.)
- Involvement in the preparation of preliminary payroll documentation
- Participation in the organizational climate survey process
- Involvement in organizational structure and personnel analytics/reporting
- Graduates or final-year students in Business Administration or Social Sciences
- Internship experience in HR, administrative work, or documentation management will be considered an advantage
- Foreign language proficiency: English at B2+ level
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
- Effective communication skills
