- Carries out sampling, prepares samples for research on milk and dairy products
- Conducts physico-chemical analysis of the quality of milk and dairy products in accordance with the requirements of established research methods and regulatory documents on technological processes.
- Notifies the quality management manager of any deviations from control indicators.
- Controls the concentration of equipment washing and disinfection solutions.
- Ensures the washing of laboratory utensils after conducting research and prepares them for subsequent work.
- Maintains a detailed laboratory journal and other documents on milk and dairy products.
- Vocational/higher education in chemistry or food technology
- Work experience in laboratory work, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards AIB, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22 000 FSSC
- Fluent in Georgian, English is desirable
- Detail-orientation
- Flexible
- Ready to work on a 12-hour shift schedule (day and night shifts)
