The Opportunity

The Digital Planning Transformation program is a Global initiative with the aim to fundamentally evolve our planning and reporting capabilities such that: all OU are on a single standardized planning platform, enabling real-time, decision support, creating efficiency by eliminating Excel, PPT and PDF business reviews/reporting and delivering a user-friendly, agile performance management tool - Cockpit.

The SPOT/Cockpit Senior Analyst is responsible for business-partnering with the Sectors/Functions to gather requirements, develop, design, create, maintain and continuously improve Cockpit (PEP digital performance reporting platform). This requires close collaboration between multiple S&T teams, as well as the OU and Functions. The role plays a critical role in the success of Digital Planning Transformation by delivering a common performance reporting platform across PEP enabling the Leadership Teams to identify emerging trends that need further performance analysis and intervention.

Your Impact

As a Finance Data Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

Cockpit is PEP digital performance reporting platform which has 7’000 users with 175’000 views per month.

  • Business-partnering with the OU & Functions to gather reporting requirements
  • Development of visual dashboard for E2E reporting for:
    • Financial Performance
    • Drill-down capability
  • Development and Deployment of Reporting Framework
    • Design and Development of harmonized dashboards
    • Continuous Improvement and evolution of tools & systems
    • Proactively identify required changes to ensure system fit for purpose/support customer requirements
    • Prioritize and Lead implementation of changes and developments
  • Collaborate closely with S&T team to ensure business requirements are well-understood and translated into the SPOT / Cockpit design.
  • Gain knowledge on how data is being “consumed” by the end-users (analysts, senior leaders)
  • Identify and deliver enhancements, including new dashboard functionality and user experience / system performance
  • Ensure financial data is secured and security model is strictly applied as well as remaining up-to-date with latest technologies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure data in Cockpit is compliant and consistent with Sector and Corporate FP&A reporting needs
  • Help deliver training to Cockpit users
  • Dashboard projects under this role will be of tactial priorities and supported within Cockpit Digital finance team

Requirements

  • Tableau advanced technical skills and excel knowledge are a MUST
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • At least 1-2 year of work experience
