- Full management of the formal document flow for personnel administration (hiring, termination, transfer, disciplinary actions, changes in employment terms, etc.)
- Support in preparing payroll documentation
- Management of employees' annual leaves
- Administration of employees' health insurance programs
- Recording and monitoring information in various HR software
- Periodic updates of organizational structure and headcount
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Higher education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 1+ years of work experience in HR administrative activities
- Proficiency in Georgian and English languages
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment
