  • Full management of the formal document flow for personnel administration (hiring, termination, transfer, disciplinary actions, changes in employment terms, etc.)
  • Support in preparing payroll documentation
  • Management of employees' annual leaves
  • Administration of employees' health insurance programs
  • Recording and monitoring information in various HR software
  • Periodic updates of organizational structure and headcount
  • Preparation of monthly reports
Требования:
  • Higher education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 1+ years of work experience in HR administrative activities
  • Proficiency in Georgian and English languages
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment
  • Analytical thinking
  • Motivated and results-oriented
