The Opportunity

Your Impact

As SC Planner your functions would consist of ensuring accurate setup, updates, and maintenance of product data to support sourcing and planning for NetOps PBNA. Responsible for configuring items, linking SKUs, resolving data issues, and providing timely reports and updates to ensure data integrity and smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Check new items – Make sure new products are set up correctly.
  • Configure requested items – Handle any items the Sourcing Team asks for.
  • Update items regularly – Twice a week, provide updates and ensure all product info is correct.
  • Extend product list – Weekly, update items from main data sources.
  • Review incomplete items – Check for any items that are not fully set up.
  • Link items to SKUs – When requested, connect products to the right SKUs.
  • Fix multiple links – Resolve cases where items are linked incorrectly.
  • Share plans – Provide item plans when asked by managers.
  • Handle requests – Track new requests, update status, and keep the database current.
  • Send reports – Collect and send product info to the relevant person.
  • Implement updates – Make changes based on feedback, analysis, or planning needs.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product data management, supply chain, or operations support.
  • Experience with data entry and product configuration in ERP or PLM systems (S4, IBP, Power App, or similar).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, planning, and integration teams.
  • Proven experience in tracking, updating, and maintaining product or master data.
  • Experience generating reports and providing insights from business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Familiarity with issue resolution and root cause analysis for data inconsistencies or process gaps.
  • Advanced English communication – Ability to interact clearly and professionally with stakeholders in the US.
  • Analytical thinking – Identify gaps, misconfigurations, and improvement opportunities in product and master data.
  • Data accuracy & attention to detail – Ensure all product information is complete and precise.
  • Organizational & time management skills – Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Problem-solving & proactive mindset – Resolve issues independently and anticipate potential challenges.
  • Technical proficiency – Comfortable using ERP/PLM systems, reporting tools, and data management platforms.
  • Collaboration & cross-functional teamwork – Work effectively with Sourcing, Planning, and Integration teams.
  • Adaptability & continuous improvement – Adjust to changing priorities and contribute to process enhancements.
