The Marketing Lead (Soda Stream) is a critical Marketing role to ensure SodaStream Korea is set up right for long-term success by defining short and long-term Brand & Marketing Strategy that includes Innovation Strategy, leading Excellent Execution in On & Off-line brand activations and establishing the Brand’s identity among the Korean consumers and constantly increasing Consumer-Life-Time-Value (CLTV) through our brand and categories
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Brand & Marketing Strategy development – Develop and implement SodaStream Korea’s Brand & Marketing Strategy to drive brand awareness, House Hold penetration, Sales with clear focus on increasing CLTV(Consumer-Life-Time-Value)
- Brand Building & Consumer Engagement – Lead all aspects of Branding, PR, Digital marketing and On & Off-line Campaigns
- E-commerce & Retail Growth – Work closely with DTC/E-commerce and Sales to develop Holistic Consumer touch point strategy to drive growth On-line and developing in-store (Trade Marketing) strategy and execution plans to ensure strong penetration and growth
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Establish and track Marketing & Digital KPIs, leveraging consumer insights and market data to optimize performance and maximize ROI
- Work closely with Commercial, Operations, DTC/E-commerce, Finance and Global HQ teams (Marcomm, Category Teams, R&D) to align Business and Marketing Objectives
What you will need to have:
- Min. Bachelors degree and/or above in Marketing / Business, or other relevant degree
- Min. 12 years proven experience in a relevant industry. Beverages or small hope appliances will be preffered.
- Positive “can do” attitude, a highly motivated self-starter
- Able to exercise strategic thinking
- High leadership agility
- Good communication skills, with fluency in both verbal & written English and Korean
