The Sales Lead (Soda Stream) position is aa critical Sales role to ensure SodaStream Korea is set up right for long-term success by defining short and long-term Commercial/Business Strategy, leading Excellent Execution in Trade and maintaining a positive relationship with distributors and customers
ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be responsible for:
- Market Entry & Commercial Strategy development – Develop a go-to-market plan for market entry focusing on Modern Trade(Hypermarket, Department store, Wholesale Club, Home appliance specialty store) and On-premise Channels (Café, Bar, Restaurant, Hotel)
- Distributor Management – Build and maintain relationship with distributors to negotiate terms, setting sales targets and ensuring excellent execution for Modern Trade and Café channels to mark Commercial & Financial objectives
- On-the-Ground Execution – being in the field, listing and setting up promotion & activation in Bar Channel in On-premise
- Customer Relationship Management – build solid relationships with key customers across Modern Trade and On-premise to ensure overall plans are successfully executed via distributor or directly via SodaStream Korea and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce & Digital Marketing, Operations, Finance and HQ teams to align & lead commercial & financial objectives
What you will need to have:
- Min. Bachelors' degree in a relevant field
- Min. 12 years of proven experience in a related indusry. Beverages or small home applicances will be ideal.
- Positive “can do” attitude, a highly motivated self-starter
- Able to exercise Strategic thinking
- High leadership agility being able to lead 3rd parties, internal stakeholders to accomplish Commercial objectives
- Good communication & negotiation skill
