ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Analyst (Master Data), you will play a key role supporting our end-to-end shipping and receiving processes within SAP ECC. You will ensure smooth electronic data interchange (EDI) operations, prevent shipment delays, and help drive data accuracy and system reliability across our supply chain network.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with systems, interpreting data flows, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
Your Impact
Core Responsibilities
Monitor all key SAP interface transmissions related to Transportation, Shipping, and Receiving.
Analyze and resolve issues with failed EDI/IDOCs to prevent delays in shipping or receiving.
Conduct root-cause analysis for EDI/IDOC errors and recommend corrective actions, partnering with IT and BIS when needed.
Serve as a liaison between end users, SAP Technical Support, and BIS to resolve inbound/outbound IDOC issues.
Maintain and update EDI/IDOC playbooks regularly.
Generate and report EDI/IDOC metrics on a daily, weekly, and period basis.
Provide support during off-hours or holidays when required.
Project & Continuous Improvement
Participate in system testing (integration, UAT), including test case creation and execution.
Support various initiatives by providing data analysis and insights.
Lead projects focused on improving business processes and system performance.
Partner with C&O Team Leads to support analytics, reporting, and enhancements.
Training & Documentation
Create or update training documentation related to EDI/IDOC processes.
Train and guide business users on process changes, issues, and best practices.
Additional Support
Provide general analytical support to eCommerce and related capability teams as needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Planning and/or Warehouse Operations.
- Intermediate Excel - pivot tables and charts, formulas, data cleansing or related.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Proven learning agility in new and fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage day to day execution, establishes plans and objectives and resolve issues.
