Strategic planning: Strategic development is aimed at optimizing the production network of the Dairy business in Russia and BCCA to reduce operating costs, PT/logistics, MOH and sales costs.

Stakeholders’ management: Support sponsors, key stakeholders and senior management in decision making by providing a complete and accurate forecast of Supply Chain resources. Actively involve them in the process of assessing business scenarios and interim KPI analysis.

Cost Optimization: Developing and implementing projects and strategies to improve productivity and effective planning to achieve supply chain management and product optimization goals.

Project and team management: Forming cross-functional project teams in a matrix structure, leading projects to optimize and expand the Dairy category business, developing team members and creating an effective working environment to achieve strategic goals.
