Responsibility for all quality aspects in the Gas Filling Department, including managing quality control processes, writing procedures, performing tests, analyzing data, and representing the department to internal and external stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for production quality in the Gas Filling Department – defining standards, resolving issues, and providing professional guidance to the entire department.

• Writing and updating work procedures and quality inspection protocols, and ensuring their implementation among employees and cross-functional teams.

• Daily monitoring of quality data – identifying trends and deviations, conducting investigations, and performing root-cause analyses.

• Defining corrective and improvement actions – including documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring full implementation.

• Managing pallets and products placed on hold due to suspected quality issues – inspection, investigation, and release/blocking according to findings.

• Supporting internal and external quality audits – preparation, assisting auditors, and handling findings.

• Conducting risk assessments for gas filling processes.

• Ongoing work with quality management systems – data analysis, identifying recurring issues, and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering – required

• Two years of experience in an industrial environment with familiarity of operational processes

• Experience working with diverse functions and stakeholders

• Experience in quality assurance – a significant advantage

• Ability to work with computerized systems – required

• Good level of English – required
