SodaStream is seeking a Production Manager to lead our Metal Plant operations, overseeing approximately 250 employees.The role includes full responsibility for production performance, team leadership, and continuous improvement of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the department’s leadership team, including mentoring, coaching, and developing managers.

• Oversee all production operations and ensure maximum utilization of equipment and resources.

• Drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and pride aligned with SodaStream and PepsiCo values.

• Set targets and KPIs for production teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Manage and execute cost-reduction and process optimization projects.

• Foster operational excellence and technological innovation through effective problem-solving.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

• Serve as an active member of the plant’s management team.

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory

• Proven managerial experience, leading large teams of 200+ employees, with 3–5 years in a production management role

• Familiarity with Operational Excellence methodologies

• Experience working as part of a strategic management team

• Strong assertiveness, results orientation, and ability to meet challenging goals

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate employees and influence cross-functional interfaces

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience in project management
