The DTX team at PepsiCo works with the most cutting-edge technology and builds our own tech-stack and experiences from scratch. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the PepsiCo Direct Commerce Product team. We are looking for a thought leader that is passionate about creating innovative product experiences for our customers. In this role, you will work on blue sky initiatives, in a start-up like environment where you will roll up your sleeves and work collaboratively with business owners, engineers, designers and other cross-functional partners to create impactful products.

This position reports to the Direct Commerce Product Lead, collaborates closely with our engineering, design and product managers, and is based out of NYC.

We’ve been laser focused on winning in the marketplace, developing and executing direct-to-consumer experiences like Gatorade.com. With a team of more than 250 associates and offices in Manhattan, Chicago, and Plano, we’re unleashing the full potential of automation, data science, and machine learning to challenge the way snacks and beverages are sold every day.

Responsibilities
  • Help shape the vision for our direct commerce strategy which is core to the transformation of new direct business models. You will manage the overall roadmap and run a transparent, outcome-driven lean product development process
  • Build an intimate knowledge of customer, business KPIs and technological capabilities to inform product decisions
  • Operate in a white space environment to ideate and conceive innovative features that generate high customer value, drive scale and deliver against business goals
  • Write user stories, manage product backlog, prioritize features, while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders
  • Shepherd products through development, testing and launch, advocating to achieve the best outcomes
  • Collaborate with several internal and external partners like Marketing, Merchandising, Strategy, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Vendor partners to define features and oversee execution to launch
  • Monitor product data and customer feedback post launch to refine features and iterate

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Have 6+ years of product management experience, preferably managing consumer facing products
  • Demonstrated ability leading an Empowered Product Team
  • You value and use both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions; proven experience with user research, data-driven decision making, data analysis, and A/B testing
  • Experience ideating and defining business features and user stories in Jira or a similar tool, prioritizing features based on business / customer value and feasibility, conducting product owner test validations
  • You are passionate about creating impactful products for consumers and customers
  • Bias for action; you value hypothesis driven validation and calculated risk-taking
  • Communication is your superpower. You can translate complex issues into understandable solutions. You manage stakeholder expectations
  • Extra points if you’ve worked on e-commerce or direct to consumer products
