Role will be based in Lumphun Plant

Oversees facility, machinery, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with PepsiCo safety standards. Responsible for planning, data analysis, and task execution to minimize downtime and drive continuous machine improvement.

• Supervises and ensures technicians perform their duties effectively to prevent quality and safety issues in the production process.
• Supervises and ensures technicians carry out maintenance work in full compliance with the assigned work orders, accurately and completely.
• Troubleshoots and resolves immediate issues in the production process to minimize breakdown time.
• Provides suggestions for improving machine deficiencies in the production process to extend equipment service life.
• Utilizes tools to improve production processes in order to reduce maintenance costs and minimize breakdowns.
• Communicates effectively between shifts by clearly and thoroughly sharing events and issues that occurred during the shift to ensure team understanding.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related field)
2. 3+ years of experience in engineering support, maintenance, process improvement, production, or coordination roles.
3. Experience working with cross-functional teams (production, quality, Safety) is valuable.
4. Able to work effectively under pressure.
5. Able to work shift
6. Driving licensed
7. Good Communication in Thai and English
