The Commercial Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Lead by managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures seamless execution of commercial activities, enabling the Commercial Lead to focus on strategic business development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating across multiple stakeholders and systems.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be repsponsible for:
Administrative & Operational Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (Distribution & Licensing partners / Co-Manufacturers and key channel buyers) to ensure smooth daily operations (Knowledge of Korean language critical).
- Coordinate cross-functional communications and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Support routine documentation, scheduling, and meeting follow ups.
Budget & Invoice Coordination (Knowledge of Korean language critical)
- Support budget tracking, and reconciliation processes and promotion monitoring.
- Raise purchase orders (POs), monitor spending against budget, and ensure timely customer & vendor invoice validation, internal processing.
- Assist submission of Sales Invoice & e-invoice for customer orders.
- Liaise with Finance and Procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Master Data Management
- Initiate and track vendor and SKU setup requests in relevant systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in master data records.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain up-to-date commercial data.
Sales Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and distribute monthly sales tracking reports.
- Support the Commercial Lead with ad hoc data requests and commercial analysis.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ad Hoc Commercial Support
- Assist in preparing presentations, business cases, and other materials for internal reviews or external engagements.
- Provide support during promotional planning, product launches, and customer meetings as needed.
- Coordinate with the regional team to ensure smooth commercialization process.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a commercial (sales), sales support, or administrative coordination role.
- Direct experience in working with retailers, ideally in FMCG company would be preffered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Korean language is a must.
